Meet Eliza

Eleeza Barzi, MPH is a somatic practitioner, registered yoga teacher, and mental health advocate specializing in women’s nervous system health.

With a Master’s degree in Health Promotion from USC Keck School of Medicine and a background in psychology from UCLA, her work bridges science and embodied healing through somatic integration using mindful movement and sound.

Modern women carry high responsibility; careers, motherhood, loss, transitions, and invisible pressure. Over time, that stress settles into the body.
